Sweetbriar is hosting its Evening Holiday Market at our Holiday Party for Wildlife event. Before the frigid winter weather sets in, we invite everyone to get outside, bundle up with a cup of hot chocolate, and browse through local handmade craft vendors. Take a break from shopping to enjoy short animal presentations, photo opportunities with special guests and story times for kids.

Sweetbriar is looking for eco-friendly, homemade, and handmade vendors for our Holiday Party for Wildlife. This is our annual outdoor market and we want our vendors to be prepared to be comfortable, have a good time, and earn some money for your crafts. We hope that when you get the flyer you will share it with friends and family. All of your vendor payments will go back into the non-profit to care for our animals.
What we are offering-
$60 - 10x10 popup tent spaces- you must bring your own tent, tables, and lighting. We will have some electric available but you must bring an extension cord (we recommend at least 20ft and please label with your name). We are in an old house and we do not want to blow fuses. If you are in need of a lot of electric we recommend bringing a generator. Outlets are limited, please consider battery powered string lights and lanterns.
$60- Food vendors and *hot chocolate wanted* - You must either have a truck or your own electric. You must also have a suffolk dept of health permit or temp permit. I have to submit one with your name by November 12th so you must be paid up by then. Last year all of our food vendors did great and some sold out of their food.
This year we will have some bands playing and possibly one that draws a lot of fans. Still working on it. Last year we had an amazing turn out. Hopefully this year will be the same. We don’t ask for an entry fee from shoppers but do suggest a donation from our wishlist or at the “door”.
