Week must be paid in full NO LATER THAN Friday JUNE 14th. *If payment is not received by June 14th your child's placement may not be secured.
All handling fees are included in pricing.
Cancellation Policy
Sweetbriar Nature Center reserves the right to cancel a Discovery Week session due to insufficient enrollment. If Sweetbriar cancels a session, all fees will be fully refunded.
If you remove your child from a Discovery week session before it begins, membership fees are non-refundable, and the refunds are as follows:
If you cancel 21+ days prior to program week beginning 50% of program fee will be refunded.
If you cancel 20-14 days prior to program week beginning 25% of program fee will be refunded.
If you cancel 13-0 days prior to program week beginning 0% of program fee will be refunded.
Sorry, no exceptions will be made.
